By placing an order with Tiny Summit you agree to these terms. Prices are shown in pounds sterling. An order is accepted when we confirm it by email, and we may cancel and refund an order if an item is unavailable or a price was shown incorrectly.
You have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your goods, as set out on our Returns & Refunds page. Delivery arrangements are described on our Delivery page.
Climbing and gym equipment must be installed and used as described in the maker's instructions, and children must be supervised while they play. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights.
